Major hazard: the central nervous system inhibitor. Cause excitement, then inhibition.

Acute poisoning: often by oral administration. Can be divided into excitement, hypnosis, anaesthesia and suffocation. In the third or fourth stage, the patient appears to have lost consciousness, dilated pupils, irregular breathing, shock, heart failure and respiratory arrest.

Chronic effects: long-term exposure to high concentrations of this product can induce symptoms of nasal, eye and mucosal irritation, headache, dizziness, fatigue, agitation, tremor, nausea, etc. Chronic alcoholism can cause multiple neuroses, chronic gastritis, fatty liver, cirrhosis, cardiac injury, organic psychosis, etc.

Long exposure to the skin can lead to dryness, dandruff, chapped skin and dermatitis.

  Hazards control

Skin contact: remove contaminated clothing and rinse thoroughly with soapy water and water.

Contact with eyes: lift up the eyelid and rinse with flowing water or normal saline. Get medical attention.

Inhalation: leave the site quickly to a place with fresh air. If necessary, give oxygen therapy or artificial respiration. Get medical attention.

Ingestion: drink plenty of warm water and vomit. Get medical attention.

  Personal protection:

Engineering control: closed-loop operation with enhanced ventilation.

Respiratory protection: when the concentration is high in the air, wear the self-inhalation filter type dust mask. Use self-contained breathing apparatus when necessary.

Eye protection: wear chemical safety goggles.

Body protection: wear rubber toxicity -protection clothing

  Hand protection: wear rubber gloves.

Other protection: after work, take shower and change clothes. Keep good sanitary habits.

  Leakage disposal:

Evacuate people to the safe area and isolate them immediately, strictly control the entry to and exit from the site.

Cut off the fire source and leakage source as much as possible and prevent entering spaces like drain and drainage channel.

Small amount of leakage: absorb by sandy soil or other incombustible materials, use a large amount of water to flush and dilute and put into waste water system.

Large amount of leakage: build an embankment or dig a pit to take the liquid in. Cover with foam and reduce steam hazard. Pump the liquid into a dedicated container by an explosion-proof pump, and then recover or transfer it to the waste treatment place.

Extinguishing agent: alcohol resistant foam, dry powder, carbon dioxide and sandy soil.

Extinguish note: move the container from the fire place to the open space as far as possible. Spray water to keep the container cool until the fire is out.

  Laboratory use and fire fighting:

  Use matches to ignite.

After using, use cap to distinguish fireIt is forbidden to use mouth to blow.

If accidentally spill the alcohol and cause ignition, use wet dishcloth or sand to cover it

  Storage transportation:

Transport separately with independent shipment, ensure no leakage, no damage and control velocity with grounding device.

Transportation vehicles and storage areas equipped with corresponding varieties and quantities of fire equipment.

No mixed storage with acids, combustible materials, organic matter, oxidant, flammable items

Before and after loading and unloading, give thorough cleaning, washing of vehicle, shall not be mixed with organic matter.

Stored in a cool, ventilated warehouse.far from fire and heat source.Warehouse temperature < 30 ℃.

Storage area is provided with appropriate material for the leakage collection.
