Product Description:
Tetrachloroethylene, also known as perchloroethylene, is an organic compound with the molecular formula C2Cl4. It easily evaporates into the air with a pungent, sweet smell. Soluble substances such as aluminum chloride, mercury chloride and rubber. It can be miscible with ethanol, ether, chloroform and benzene. Soluble in about 10000 times the volume of water.

Applications:
1. Tetrachloroethylene is widely used, mainly as metal degreasing solvent, and also as an anthelmintic.
2. It is widely used as dry cleaning agent for natural and synthetic fibers. It can also be used as degreasing detergent for metals, general solvent and organic synthesis intermediate.
3. It is used as a standard material for chromatographic analysis.
4. Insect repellents and fat extractants for adhesives, and organic synthesis.
