Product Description:

Methylpyrrolidone, also known as NMP or 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidone). NMP (N-Methylpyrrolidone) highly polar organic solvent used in a variety of industries and applications. Colorless transparent oily liquid with a slight amine odor. It is soluble with water, alcohols, ethers, esters, ketones, halogenated hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and castor oil. Low volatility, thermal stability, chemical stability are good, can volatilize with water vapor. It has hygroscopic property. Sensitive to light.
